Location, very central. Parking very good 9 AUS $ per day. Washing machine. Balcony
Rooms very old, not clean (still hair from the previous guests available). Pool area can not be called as such, dirty , the deck chairs rusty. Breakfast buffet after 8.45 am hardly available. it was not refilled. coffee only instant. WLAN pathetically slow and Internet according to Chinese pattern (most of the pages not accessible).

Nice, big room. Good location
The breakfast was bad and very much adapted to the Asian guests. On request one got a slice of cheese but everything else was missing. For the extra charge absolutely not acceptable breakfast.

The staff was very efficient and responsive. the breakfast offered was excellent with a great selection of food. the views of the skyline and the hills beyond were absolutely breathtaking. the location was central and close to a museum and a cathedral. Everything met the criteria; I would absolutely stay here again.

Friendly staff
Pretty much basic and tired looking service apartment facility. Quest or Quality apartment at the same prices have better equipment like tv microwave fridge cooking stove etc. Asked to replace missing tv remote and faulty air con remote but both are still not fixed after 4 night stay.

Convenient location.
Bed not that comfortable and we prefer crisp 100% cotton sheets. Only one small towel each, could have had spares. Bottled water would have been better. Fly screen on window would have been good.

Delicious food! the location is super convenient, just a hop and a skip from the main walking area. Plus, being close to Central Station, the Spring Hill Loop Free bus, and the CBD is a major bonus. 🚌 Also, good restaurants nearby are a nice touch!
